½ kg Greek yogurt
1 small jar of beetroots
2 garlic cloves
Drain the beetroot and cut it into small pieces.
Add the crushed garlic.
Stir it through the yogurt, add some olive oil, vinegar, salt and fresh pepper.
If you want to, you may add some walnuts.
Serve with fresh bread or bread sticks and a Greek salad. Enjoy!
